- 2 eggs (pasture-raised, grass-fed, organic preferred)
- 2 bananas (preferably organic)
- Peel bananas and mash in bowl.
- Crack and mix in two eggs.
- Lightly fry or steam in skillet (preferably iron-cast for extra nutrition).
- Voila you’re ready to eat! Top with a nut butter of choice and/or fruit.
